I love how the word about workplace safety and health - about getting respect as employees - is spreading through the power of Facebook! More and more concerned parents, teens, workers, employers from all walks of life are joining our FB group! We have 62 members now - and that's only in 3 months.
Now, get ye to the group and add your pet peeves, rants, compliments, concerns, questions, whatever to our Discussion Board and our Wall. Why not upload some homemade video of safety tips or nasty mistakes? Photos of your workplace heroes?

We need people to start a Rating System for Workplace. Its never been done before for health and safety. So lets be courageous and get it started today. Let me take the lead.

4-Star Rating- GBS International- buddy system worked well in manufacturing
3-Star Rating-Farm work-Priming tobacco-one day OT-buddy system worked 3 Star Rating-Dome Petroleum-OT worked, unsupervised job
2-Star Rating-Hamilton Milk Plant-no OT, unsupervised-company out of business 2 Star Rating- Mueller Brass-no OT-poor supervision-company out of business
1-Star rating-Sandblasting CVS-no OT, poor supervision-company out of business I hope this helps -this is the first time I have noticed that all the companies that I worked for that offered no Orientation and Training and poor supervision are all out of business.
